Multifamily Estimator/ Precon Manager
Review available project information to develop complete cost estimates for multifamily construction projects. Prepare budgets that give project teams a clear view of expected construction costs. Coordinate preconstruction activities to help move projects from early planning into construction. Analyze scopes of work and identify cost items needed for accurate project pricing. Work with construction teams to clarify estimate assumptions and project requirements. Update estimates as project details change to maintain reliable budget information. Organize estimating documentation so project costs and planning details are easy to review.

A successful Multifamily Estimator/ Precon Manager should have:
- Experience preparing construction cost estimates and project budgets.
- Experience with preconstruction planning for multifamily projects.
- Ability to review project scopes and identify key cost requirements.
- Experience updating estimates as project details develop.
- Ability to organize cost information and estimating documentation.
- Experience working with construction teams on project planning and pricing.
