Project Manager

Lead commercial, church, and automotive builds from the ground up. Work with leadership as they continue to win more projects and expand into new sectors. Serve as the primary contact for clients, design teams, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and safety. Manage contracts, RFIs, change orders, and submittals using modern project management tools. Partner with estimating and procurement during preconstruction and support continuous improvement. Deliver projects ranging from $5M-$20M+ within a strong local pipeline.

The successful applicant will have 5-10 years of commercial construction experience, be familiar with design/build construction processes, and have a construction related degree preferred. Excellent estimating and conceptual bid experience, experience using construction software - Procore preferred, scheduling and budgeting experience, and client facing - comfortable communicating with clients on projects.
