Senior Project Manager

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their leadership team.
Job Description
Our Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage projects from preconstruction through final closeout
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, forecasts, and reporting
- Lead procurement efforts and subcontractor buyout activities
- Oversee contract administration, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Lead OAC meetings and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor project financial performance and mitigate risk
- Collaborate closely with field teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers
- Drive project quality, safety, and operational excellence

The Successful Applicant
The ideal Senior Project Manager will have:
- 10+ years of experience with a commercial General Contractor
- Proven experience managing construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and cost control experience
- Ability to independently lead complex projects and project teams
- Excellent communication and client-facing relationship management skills
- Strong understanding of commercial construction operations and contract administration
