Job Description
- Lead on-site construction operations for commercial projects valued up to approximately $10M.
- Manage daily jobsite activities from earthwork, foundations, and footings through vertical construction and project completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and project schedules.
- Maintain a safe, productive, and organized construction site.
- Ensure quality standards, project milestones, and client expectations are consistently met.
- Collaborate closely with project management and company leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support a variety of project types including K-12, healthcare renovations, commercial, and light-industrial construction.
- Serve as the primary field leader and point of coordination on assigned projects.

The Successful Applicant
- 5-10 years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
- Proven experience managing ground-up commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of sitework, foundations, footings, and vertical construction processes.
- Ability to independently lead smaller projects while maintaining schedule, safety, and quality objectives.
- Hands-on leadership style with a visible and active presence on the jobsite.
- Stable work history with demonstrated project success.
- Local to the Charlotte Metro area or currently residing within the market.
- Experience on commercial projects ranging from approximately $10M-$50M is highly preferred.
