Job Description
- Manage daily on-site construction activities from mobilisation through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and client communication
- Lead both ground-up and tenant improvement/renovation projects
- Utilise Bluebeam, Trimble, ProjectSight, and Primavera to support project execution
- Maintain project documentation, reporting, and site logistics plans
The Successful Applicant
- Proven Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
- Comfortable managing both ground-up and TI/renovation assignments
- Strong project history with detailed project lists including values and locations
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Trimble, ProjectSight, and Primavera
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
