Job Description
This Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing multiple commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final closeout.
- Leading interior renovation and fit-out projects across banking, healthcare, retail, and office environments.
- Overseeing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, quality standards, and client expectations.
- Supervising and mentoring Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Coordinators.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships that drive repeat business opportunities.
- Coordinating estimating, procurement, construction execution, and project turnover activities.
- Partnering with regional leadership to support the continued growth of the Maryland operation.
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Contributing to strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives as the office continues to expand.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Project Manager should have:
- 15+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor.
- Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously from bidding through closeout.
- Strong background in interior renovations, tenant improvements, and commercial fit-outs.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing project teams and mentoring staff.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience within commercial office, banking, healthcare, retail, or similar sectors.
- Strong financial management, scheduling, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be able to work full-time from the Owings Mills office.
