Job Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and construction teams effectively.
- Monitor project schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Communicate with project stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
- Resolve any on-site issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and personnel.
