Job Description
Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively. Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
