Job Description
- Manage commercial renovation and modernization projects from award through closeout
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and client communication
- Coordinate subcontractors, self-perform trades, and project stakeholders
- Track project performance using Procore and company management systems
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and operational standards

The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor
- Strong Procore proficiency required
- Experience in commercial, federal, public-sector, or renovation projects
- Stable work history with demonstrated project delivery success
- Electrical project experience is advantageous but not required
