Job Description
Project Manager
- Manage multiple civil/sitework construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Collaborate with estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, and owners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review project plans, specifications, schedules, and logistics requirements.
- Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, requisitions, purchase orders, and subcontract administration.
- Coordinate effectively with construction management teams, consultants, and field personnel.
- Support project scheduling, look-ahead planning, manpower allocation, and equipment coordination.
- Monitor project performance to ensure budget, schedule, and quality goals are achieved.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 3-5+ years of project management experience within civil construction, site development, utilities, or heavy highway/sitework projects.
- Strong ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and utility plans and specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to project success.
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred.
- General knowledge of Building and Construction codes
