Job Description
Review assigned legal materials and organize information for clear follow-up. Provide consulting input on fiduciary-related matters within the scope of assigned work. Prepare accurate summaries, notes, and supporting documents for legal activities. Track assigned requests and maintain complete records of work completed. Work with Legal department contacts to clarify priorities and deliver requested information. Research relevant materials to support informed legal discussions and decisions. Communicate updates on assigned work in a clear and timely manner.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Consultant should have: Experience with fiduciary-related consulting work. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (this is REQUIRED). Ability to review legal documents and identify relevant information. Experience preparing clear written summaries and supporting materials. Ability to research assigned topics and document findings accurately. Strong attention to detail when managing records and documentation. Clear communication skills for working with Legal department contacts.
