Job Description
Lead day-to-day site operations for a 5-story, $12M self-storage project. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control activities. Manage structural steel and masonry construction from start to finish. Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of work. The Successful Applicant
5-7+ years of construction experience as a Superintendent or similar role. Proven self-storage project experience required. Experience managing structural steel and masonry construction. Stable work history with no more than 3 employers in the past 10 years. Strong communication, scheduling, and field leadership skills.
What's On Offer
Salary: $90,000-$100,000 plus benefits. $600/month vehicle allowance plus gas card. Year-end bonus based on employee and company performance.
