Job Description
Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure project progress. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and code regulations. Address and resolve any construction-related issues promptly. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation. Ensure materials and equipment are delivered and used efficiently. Promote a safe and productive work environment on-site.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Mixed Commercial Construction - Superintendent should have:
- Experience with managing mixed commercial construction projects.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage project schedules and budgets effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
