Job Description
Guide construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring successful delivery. Manage budgets, schedules, forecasting, procurement, and subcontractor relationships. Partner with field teams to maintain quality, safety, and project performance. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and project stakeholders. Support business development through networking, client engagement, and project presentations.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 9+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
- Experience in healthcare, industrial, warehouse, K-12, higher education, or mission-critical projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, positive, and motivated to develop into a future business leader
