Job Description
The Superintendent will:
- Lead all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout.
- Manage daily site operations, schedules, subcontractors, and field coordination.
- Maintain project safety, quality, and production standards.
- Coordinate occupied renovation and healthcare construction activities while minimizing disruption to building occupants.
- Drive project schedules and proactively resolve field challenges.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
- Conduct site meetings and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and company procedures.
- Utilize Microsoft Project and other construction management tools to track progress and milestones.
- Support successful project delivery across healthcare, commercial, multifamily, higher education, public, and renovation sectors.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 7-15 years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
- Experience leading projects valued at approximately $30M and under.
- Background in base building, interior renovation, and occupied renovation projects.
- Healthcare construction experience.
- Ability to independently manage project schedules and daily field operations.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project.
