Luxury Residential Construction Project Manager
Assist with management of a $50M luxury residential construction project. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders. Track project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Support field operations to ensure quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Prepare project reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 2-5+ years of construction experience in a project engineering or APM capacity. Exposure to high-end residential, luxury, or custom home construction preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficient with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
