Lead daily on-site construction activities to keep project work aligned with approved plans and schedules. Coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and project contacts to maintain clear priorities and site progress. Review planned work with the project team and address field issues as they arise. Maintain a safe job site by reinforcing site safety practices throughout daily operations. Monitor project schedules and sequence work to help meet key construction milestones. Track site progress and communicate updates, constraints, and next steps to relevant stakeholders. Review completed work for alignment with project requirements and resolve items needing attention. Maintain organized site records, including daily activity and project documentation.

A successful Senior Superintendent should have: experience leading on-site construction work from planning through completion. Experience coordinating subcontractors and daily field activities. Ability to read construction plans and apply them to on-site work. Experience managing project schedules and sequencing construction activities. Knowledge of job site safety practices. Ability to communicate clear project updates and resolve field-level issues. Experience overseeing large multifamily projects of $80M+ value. 10+ years of Superintendent Experience.
