My client is a top nationwide general contractor looking for a Project Manager in Orange County. They have been around for decades and created a very reputable name for themselves across the country. They specialize in large Commercial, Healthcare, Mission Critical, and more project types. Projects are typically in the $10-50 Mil range. They have a strong pipeline of work locally and are looking to grow their PM team to help with the expansion. Oversee project and manage the day-to-day operations Ability to make decisions that consider both schedule and budgets Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors Manage scope review process Negotiate change orders Manage and update budgets Conduct regular status meetings with project team Deliver projects on time and within company profit targets

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's Degree preferred (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management is plus) Project Management 5+ years preferred Experience with a General Contractor Communication skills and can wear many hats Microsoft Suite Software Proficient
