Job Description
Manage day-to-day construction site activities to ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks. Enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulations. Review and interpret construction plans and blueprints. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders. Oversee quality control and ensure work meets established standards. Resolve issues and conflicts that arise on the job site promptly.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Multifamily Superintendent should have:
- Experience in managing multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and quality control.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate teams and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in enforcing safety standards and ensuring compliance with regulations.
