Job Description
Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop comprehensive cost estimates for multifamily developments.
Conduct detailed pricing analyses for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted work to produce accurate and competitive proposals.
Partner with project managers and clients to ensure budgets align with project scope, objectives, and schedules.
Utilize historical project data, industry benchmarks, and market conditions to enhance estimating accuracy and optimize future bids.
Prepare and present budget reports, estimates, and bid packages to company leadership and key stakeholders for review, approval, and contract negotiations.
The Successful Applicant
Demonstrating extensive experience estimating for complex multifamily construction projects.
Possessing strong analytical skills to evaluate project plans, costs, and timelines accurately.
Excelling in communication and collaboration with clients, contractors, and project teams.
Displaying proficiency in estimating software and tools commonly used in the construction industry.
Bringing a track record of delivering accurate, competitive estimates that align with project objectives.
Open to travel across Texas when needed
