Michael Page is hiring within the property industry in Rochester.
Develop detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on project plans and specifications.
Analyze project requirements and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure alignment on project budgets.
Prepare and present cost reports and proposals to stakeholders.
Maintain and update cost databases to ensure accurate and competitive pricing.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements.
Monitor market trends and pricing to provide accurate forecasts and recommendations.
Assist in resolving cost-related issues during the project lifecycle.

A successful Construction Estimator should have:
- Experience with preparing detailed cost estimates in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and market trends.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate work.
Competitive base salary between $130,000 and $160,000.
