Project Manager
The Project Manager will report to senior leadership and lead the successful delivery of ground-up cold storage and light industrial construction projects.
Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and contract administration. Coordinate with architects, engineers, owners, and subcontractors. Lead project teams to ensure successful execution and client satisfaction. Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining schedule and budget goals. Manage project reporting, forecasting, and financial performance. Ensure safety, quality, and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
- Proven experience delivering ground-up cold storage facilities.
- Strong background in light industrial construction, including warehouses, distribution centers, food processing, or temperature-controlled facilities.
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor relationships.
- Proficiency with industry-standard construction management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
