Superintendent - Commercial Interiors
Job Description
Lead all on-site construction activities for commercial interior projects. Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and in accordance with quality standards. Coordinate with project management teams, clients, consultants, and trade partners. Monitor site productivity and proactively resolve field issues. Conduct regular site inspections and maintain compliance with applicable regulations and safety requirements. Drive schedule adherence and milestone achievement throughout project lifecycles. Mentor and support field staff as required.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Commercial Interiors should have:
- 10-20 years of construction experience with a strong focus on commercial interiors.
- Proven experience leading commercial fit-out and tenant improvement projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project environments.
- Preferred: Experience delivering high-end corporate, office, or commercial interior projects in urban environments.
