Job Description
Lead field operations from mobilization through project completion. Manage site safety, scheduling, and quality control. Coordinate subcontractors and daily field activities. Conduct owner and subcontractor meetings. Ensure compliance with infection control and healthcare regulations. Drive project schedules and milestone completion.

The Successful Applicant
7-15 years of superintendent experience. Healthcare construction experience required. Experience managing projects between $10M-$100M+. Ability to travel 75-100%. Knowledge of ICRA, life safety, and occupied renovation protocols. OSHA 30 certification preferred.
