Job Description
As a Healthcare Project Manager | Bronx, NY you will:
- Manage healthcare construction projects from inception to completion
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
- Coordinate with hospital staff, facility managers, architects, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with ICRA requirements and healthcare regulations
- Monitor project costs and financial performance
- Lead client meetings and provide regular project updates
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
- Ensure projects are completed safely and with minimal operational disruption

The Successful Applicant
A successful Healthcare Project Manager | Bronx, NY should have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a general contractor
- Healthcare construction experience required
- Experience with hospitals, medical offices, labs, or occupied renovations
- Strong financial management and scheduling skills
- Knowledge of ICRA protocols and infection control procedures
- Excellent client-facing communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
