Superintendent
The Superintendent will report to the Senior Project Manager and have full responsibility for onsite project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
- Lead all onsite operations for ground-up K-12 construction projects valued at approximately $20M+.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring critical milestones are met.
- Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and site logistics.
- Coordinate inspections, permitting activities, and owner/consultant interactions.
- Proactively identify and resolve construction challenges to minimise project delays.
- Drive project closeout activities and ensure a smooth turnover process.

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering ground-up K-12, education, or public-sector construction projects.
- Track record managing projects valued at $20M+ from sitework through completion.
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety management.
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain productivity on complex, occupied or campus-style sites.
- Experience working with project schedules, construction documentation, and reporting systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- OSHA certification and a commitment to maintaining an industry-leading safety culture.
