Job Description
Plan and manage construction project activities from initial coordination through completion. Define project scope, schedules, and deliverables to support clear execution. Coordinate contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders throughout each project. Track project progress and address issues that may affect timelines or deliverables. Maintain project documentation, updates, and records for key stakeholders. Monitor project budgets and communicate relevant cost updates. Review project work against agreed requirements and completion standards. Provide clear status updates on construction project milestones and priorities.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager - Construction - Manhattan should have: Experience managing construction projects from planning through completion. Experience coordinating project schedules, deliverables, and documentation. Ability to manage project budgets and communicate cost updates. Experience working with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Ability to track progress and resolve project issues in a timely manner. Experience reviewing work against project requirements and standards.
