Site Manager
A nationally recognized real estate developer and integrated general contractor specializing in premium multifamily communities and luxury high-rise construction is seeking a Site Manager. The organization is known for delivering large-scale residential projects, investing in its people, and maintaining a strong project pipeline across major growth markets.
Job Description
Oversee daily interior construction activities and subcontractor performance. Manage interior finishes while maintaining quality and schedule expectations. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Coordinate turnover milestones, punch list completion, and deficiency resolution. Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and safety standards.

The Successful Applicant
Experience on multifamily, apartment, mixed-use, or residential projects. Understanding of interior finish sequencing and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors simultaneously. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
