Job Description
Coordinate construction project activities to keep schedules, tasks, and project information current. Track project plans and follow up on open items to help maintain steady progress. Communicate with project contacts to share updates and clarify next steps. Review project documents and organize information needed for daily construction activities. Monitor project milestones and raise schedule concerns for timely resolution. Coordinate meetings, document action items, and follow through on agreed tasks. Help maintain clear records for construction projects from planning through completion.

The Successful Applicant
A successful APM/PM should have: Experience coordinating construction project activities and project documentation. Experience tracking project schedules, milestones, and action items. Ability to communicate clearly with project contacts and follow up on open tasks. Ability to organize project information and maintain accurate records. Understanding of construction project workflows from planning through completion.
