Commercial Construction Superintendent
Our client is a respected commercial builder with decades of experience delivering retail, healthcare, mixed-use, industrial, and commercial projects. With a substantial backlog and expanding regional presence, they continue to invest heavily in their construction teams.
Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilisation through turnover. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and inspections. Maintain project safety, quality, and production standards. Work closely with project managers to drive milestone completion. Lead project closeout, punch list, and turnover activities.

A successful Superintendent should have:
- Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects
- Ground-up and/or major renovation experience preferred
- Strong leadership and subcontractor coordination capabilities
- Proven ability to manage schedules and field operations
- South Florida project experience preferred
