Assistant Project Manager - Retail Construction
Reporting to a Project Manager, the Assistant Project Manager will help ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
- Support project planning and execution activities
- Assist with contracts, change orders, and procurement
- Coordinate project documentation and reporting
- Track project costs and budgets
- Communicate with owners, architects, and subcontractors
- Support project schedules and milestone tracking
- Assist with project closeout procedures

For the Assistant Project Manager - Retail Construction we are seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management required
- Experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar role
- Commercial construction experience required
- Experience with retail, office, restaurant, healthcare, or adaptive reuse projects preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Positive and collaborative approach
