Commercial Construction Project Manager

* Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout * Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts * Coordinate subcontractors, field teams, clients, and design partners * Lead estimating, cost control, and change order management activities * Conduct site visits and travel as needed to support project execution
* 7+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial GC * Strong background in ground-up construction and renovation/TI projects * Experience managing project financials, estimating, and profitability * Proficient with construction management software and scheduling tools * Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills
