Job Description
Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates for multifamily construction projects. Assess labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor pricing to prepare competitive project bids. Coordinate with project teams, design professionals, and clients to align estimates with project objectives and schedules. Analyze historical project data and current market conditions to improve estimating accuracy and budgeting. Present cost estimates and pricing recommendations to project stakeholders and leadership teams.

The Successful Applicant
Extensive experience preparing estimates for multifamily construction projects. Strong ability to analyze drawings, specifications, budgets, and schedules to develop accurate project estimates. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Proficient in industry-standard estimating software and construction cost management tools. Demonstrated success in developing reliable and competitive estimates that support project goals and profitability. Willing to travel throughout Texas on an as-needed basis.
