Construction Superintendent - Healthcare
Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their healthcare construction division.
Job Description
Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for healthcare projects. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for seamless execution. Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with safety regulations and standards. Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints. Communicate progress and address challenges with stakeholders and project managers. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Resolve any on-site issues to minimize delays and ensure quality standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Construction Superintendent - Healthcare should have: experience with managing construction projects in the healthcare sector.
