Lead Construction Superintendent
Lead all on-site construction activities for a $130M correctional facility project. Manage project execution from earthwork and structures through commissioning and turnover. Develop and maintain master schedules, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics plans. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are achieved throughout construction. Coordinate work adjacent to an occupied correctional environment while minimizing operational disruption.
Proven experience as Lead Superintendent on a ground-up correctional facility project valued at $80M+. Direct GC-side experience managing projects from start to finish. Background delivering prison, jail, detention center, or correctional facilities. Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor management skills. Florida construction experience preferred; precast and modular cell installation experience highly valued.
