Job Description
Assist with day-to-day site operations on large-scale construction projects Coordinate subcontractors to maintain project schedules and quality standards Support safety, compliance, and site logistics activities Monitor project progress and help resolve field issues proactively Collaborate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and project stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
5-10 years of experience with a general contractor Current Assistant Superintendent experience required Ground-up construction experience strongly preferred Background in multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial projects Strong communication, organisation, and field coordination skills
What's on Offer
Salary: Up to $120,000 + bonus Annual bonus potential of $7,000-$20,000 Health, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) with match 15 days PTO plus gas card allowance (typically $400/month)
