They are known for maintaining long-term agency relationships and a stable pipeline of public work.
As a Public Dob Superintendent | Orange County, NY you will:
- Manage all on-site construction activities from start through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Dob requirements and public agency regulations
- Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion
- Conduct safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards
- Review construction documents and coordinate field logistics
- Prepare daily reports and progress updates
- Proactively resolve field issues to avoid delays

A successful Public Dob Superintendent | Orange County, NY should have:
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a general contractor
- Experience delivering public works, municipal, K-12, or institutional projects
- Strong understanding of Dob regulations and construction compliance
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
