Job Description
Lead field operations for a 24,000 SF luxury retail flagship project. Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and daily construction activities. Maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards throughout delivery. Manage client-facing interactions on a design-driven, finish-intensive project. Drive project closeout and transition into future commercial assignments.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience as a Commercial Superintendent. Background in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end interiors preferred. Strong finish-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Ability to lead subcontractors and manage demanding schedules. Established relationships within the South Florida construction market.
