Job Description
Manage public works and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls. Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, architects, agencies, and client stakeholders. Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project documentation. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges. Conduct client and stakeholder meetings, providing regular project updates. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Project Manager' should have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
- Strong experience managing public works, municipal, institutional, educational, or government-funded projects
- Knowledge of public bidding, procurement processes, and contract administration
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software
- Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to project delivery
