Project Manager

Manage 2-4 construction projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout
Lead project teams including Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners
Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and project performance metrics
Identify challenges proactively and develop practical solutions to keep projects on track

A successful Project Manager should have:
4+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
Strong client-facing skills and relationship-building ability
Problem-solver who can adapt and make decisions independently
Experience with ground-up, renovation, or interior construction projects
Salary: $130,000+ base salary (flexible based on experience)
Monthly vehicle allowance or company vehicle, plus discretionary bonus (8%-15%)
