Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial
The Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial will:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Develop project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and addressing concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve any on-site challenges.
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to address any construction-related issues.
The successful applicant should have:
- Experience with managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Strong budgeting and scheduling skills to ensure timely project delivery.
- Ability to lead and coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders effectively.
