Job Description
Oversee daily construction activities at assigned project sites. Coordinate subcontractors and field teams to keep work aligned with project plans. Track site progress and address day-to-day construction issues. Review work completed in the field to support project quality and schedule needs. Communicate project updates with construction team members and relevant stakeholders. Travel to assigned project locations to maintain consistent site oversight. Maintain clear site records and report key construction updates.

The Successful Applicant
Experience overseeing construction project from start to close out and in the $20M - $80M range. Experience coordinating subcontractors and field work. Ability to monitor project progress and respond to site needs. Ability to review completed work against project plans. Clear communication skills for sharing field updates. Ability to travel for assigned construction projects.
