Assistant Superintendent - Retail Construction
Reporting to the Superintendent, the Assistant Superintendent will help drive project execution, safety, scheduling, and field coordination.
- Assist with daily field operations and subcontractor coordination
- Monitor project schedules and milestone completion
- Support site safety initiatives and quality control processes
- Coordinate project documentation using Procore
- Review project drawings and specifications
- Participate in project meetings and progress reporting
- Assist with punch-list and project closeout activities

For the Assistant Superintendent - Retail Construction we are seeking:
- 2-5 years of commercial construction experience with a general contractor preferred
- Experience supporting retail, office, restaurant, healthcare, or adaptive reuse projects
- Procore experience required
- Bluebeam experience is a plus
- Construction Management degree preferred but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
