Project Manager
The Project Manager will report into senior leadership and take full ownership of projects across defence, industrial/manufacturing, commercial, and healthcare sectors.
Manage the full lifecycle of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to close-out
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Lead coordination with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams
Oversee procurement strategies and contract administration
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Provide regular reporting on project performance and financials
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to maintain timelines

For the Project Manager we are seeking:
5-10 years' experience in construction project management
Strong background across defence, industrial/manufacturing, commercial, and healthcare projects
Proven track record managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong financial acumen and cost control experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
