Commercial Superintendent Opportunity
Lead daily field operations on a ground-up project. Manage subcontractors, sequencing, and site logistics. Maintain project schedule, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and trades. Drive punch list, inspections, and final turnover.

Ground-up commercial Superintendent experience required. Education or institutional experience strongly preferred. Proven subcontractor and schedule management skills. Strong understanding of commercial plans and sequencing. Safety-focused leader with clear communication skills.
$110K-$130K base salary + gas card. 3 weeks PTO, 11 holidays, and company bonus program. 50% healthcare contribution, supplemental insurance, 401(k) match up to 3%.
