Job Description
Lead all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field challenges. Manage daily site operations, logistics, and workforce planning. Conduct regular meetings with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Maintain high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate closely with project management teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience serving as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
- Experience successfully managing projects in the $1M to $10M range.
- Strong knowledge of field operations, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite safety.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive projects to successful completion.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working on commercial projects within healthcare, multifamily, retail, office, education, mixed-use, or interior construction sectors.
- Familiarity with the Raleigh, Triangle, or Triad construction markets
