Job Description
Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project goals are met. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to maintain schedules and workflows. Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during construction. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards at all times. Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders to provide updates. Oversee quality control to ensure work meets project specifications. Maintain project documentation and records for reporting purposes. Address and resolve any on-site challenges swiftly and effectively.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan should have: Experience managing construction projects, including on-site operations. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards. Effective communication and leadership abilities. Familiarity with project documentation and reporting.
