Project Manager
Lead overall project planning, execution, and delivery from preconstruction through completion. Manage project budgets, costs, contracts, cash flow, and financial performance. Direct project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and recovery plans. Oversee construction quality, safety, compliance, and adherence to project requirements. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues, changes, and conflicts proactively. Provide executive-level reporting, client communication, and accountability for successful project delivery.

The successful applicant:
- 5+ years of lead project management experience
- Track record of delivering projects valued at $5M+
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ambition to grow into a leadership position
