Job Description
Manage ground-up multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate scheduling, budgets, subcontractors, and day-to-day project delivery. Work closely with senior leadership for guidance and mentorship. Support communication between office and field teams to keep projects on track. Use standard construction management tools to track progress and performance.
The Successful Applicant
3-5 years of general contracting experience, ideally with exposure to multifamily construction. Comfortable working on ground-up projects in a structured, team-focused environment. Strong communicator who is open to feedback and development. Proficient with common project management tools and systems. Coachable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow into more senior responsibility.
