Healthcare Superintendent
An established and growing commercial general contractor is seeking a Healthcare Superintendent to lead healthcare and class a medical facility construction projects across the local market. Manage all on-site construction activities and daily field operations. Lead project scheduling efforts and maintain milestone dates. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and design teams. Conduct safety meetings and ensure OSHA compliance. Monitor quality control and enforce project standards. Identify and resolve field issues proactively. Maintain project documentation, reporting, and site logistics. Drive project completion while maintaining owner satisfaction.

The successful applicant will have 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor. Healthcare construction experience required, including hospitals, medical office buildings (MOBs), clinics, surgery centers, or behavioral health facilities. Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and site coordination. Experience managing multiple subcontractor trades concurrently. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. OSHA certification preferred. Procore experience is a plus.
